This Site is exclusively available to verified breakers and bulk buyers. Access requires connecting a verified streaming platform account (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or Whatnot) or receiving a monthly access code from The Queen of Cardboard at a card show or event. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Products & Authenticity
All products sold through this Site are 100% authentic and factory sealed. The Queen of Cardboard, LLC makes every effort to accurately describe and represent all products listed for sale.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and availability is verified. Free shipping is offered on orders over $500 within the United States.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation. The Queen of Cardboard, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or is materially different from its description. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at thequeenofcardboard1@gmail.com.
7. Access Codes
Monthly access codes are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your access code with unauthorized individuals may result in permanent revocation of access. The Queen of Cardboard reserves the right to revoke access at any time.
8. Social Platform Verification
When you connect a social media account (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) for verification, we collect only your public profile information (username, profile link, follower count). We do not store your passwords or private information. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of The Queen of Cardboard, LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Queen of Cardboard, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
